Psychological Therapy

Mag. Michaela Wernbacher

Hallo!

My therapeutic work is based on the belief that while our past shapes us, it doesn’t have to define our future. Each of us has the power to create our own path.

In my practice, I focus on resource-oriented strategies and emotion regulation.

By identifying and fostering your individual strengths, we develop practical tools together to overcome challenges, manage emotions, and encourage personal growth. I am convinced that true change happens when we not only understand our past but also take active steps toward the person we wish to become.

I look forward to supporting you on your path to well-being and personal development.
